Google sets the default language of Google Forms according to the location of the users. You can change the language of the form by the methods below.

Method 1: Add the language variable at the end

Google has implemented a language variable which can be applied to the end of the form URL using ?hl=xx where xx is the two-letter country code for your desired language.

For English, add ?hl=en to the end of the Google Form link if the form was not display in a preferred language. Other country codes can be found HERE.
